Don’t be ashamed if you took the natural childbirth classes but couldn’t keep up and asked for pain, don’t feel like a failure if an expected vaginal birth turns into a C Section. Yes, some woman feel ike a failure because they didn’t have a vaginal delivery. Yes, it hurts and I remember telling my mother that I would never do it again, but Idid!
