<p>But what if I tell you that Guava tops bananas for potassium. This is a surprise for many people but look at the information of the fruit nutrition facts chart and compare the two. Guava is not almost as commonly found in the supermarket as bananas are. This might have to do with the marketability bourgeois of the product, but it cant be because of the fruit nutrition facts.</p>

I don&#8217;t of other fruits that have this amount of vitamin C. Guavas also have a distinct aroma, sweet, one-of-a-kind and strong. Ripe guavas can be sensed from a distance. But when the food value and taste are both so good, the combination is too tempting.</p>
